New Video Consultations
We are happy to announce that we have recently introduced a new video consultation service known as LIVI. Should you wish to see a GP using a smart phone or smart device, you are now able to. All you need to do is download the LIVI app - which you can a link for on the website - livi.co.uk
This new service is free, you can see an NHS GP in minutes, or should you wish to book a time same day, there are many slots to choose that will be more convenient to you. The service runs 7-days a week, Mon-Fri 7am-10pm and Sat-Sun 8am-4pm. You are additionally able to receive medical advice, prescriptions and the GP is able make referrals.
How it works
1. You first need to download the LIVI app on mobile or tablet. Register, find your practice and your ready to go. If it is your first appointment, you will need to add some ID first (photographic if over 16, birth certificate if below 16, under 2s are unable to be seen using this service).
2. Book your GP appointment - you are able to choose to see the next GP in minutes, or book up to 7 days in advance.
3. Wait for the GP to video call - Your GP will call you in the app to start your appointment, you will receive a reminder just before.
LIVI is great for when your GP is closed, when you have to choose a time around work that best suits you, your child needs to see a doctor or it is hard to get to the surgery.

Online Access to a GP

New Telephone System
Our new telephone system is now working smoothly. With it, you can now order repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day and over the weekend. All what you need for this is a 6-digit pin, if you would like this setting up for you, please give the surgery a call.
Please be aware that currently, we are unable to give out appointments over the automatic telephone system due to COVID-19 concerns. All callers are to press option number 4 for an appointment and will be triaged as necessary by the reception team.
If you require an interpreter at your appointment please contact the Practice to book one for you. We are sorry we cannot book interpreters via our online appointment booking system.
